We are a proud part of the United Church of Christ, a denomination that traces its roots back to

the Mayflower Pilgrims in the 1600s and today is committed to social justice, ecumenical and

interfaith relationships, care for our environment, and ending racism.  We like to say, “No matter

who you are or where you are in life’s journey, you are welcome here!” And we really mean it!

We are an Open and Affirming congregation, meaning we welcome and celebrate all members

of the LGBTQ+ community. We enthusiastically lift up that UCC Fort Lauderdale is a

justice-minded church where “God is Still Speaking.”
